Setup
- Download the JSON and import it into an isolated n8n instance. Leave the workflow inactive.
- Connect your own credentials through n8n’s credential store. Replace
REPLACE_WITH_*values with your resource identifiers. - Inspect API destinations, Code nodes, database queries, file paths, and outbound actions.
- Run with synthetic data and harmless destinations. Enable triggers only after checking the actual outputs.
Requirements
An n8n instance with the listed node types and compatible versions. Service-connected workflows may require accounts, credentials, or paid APIs.

======================================= WORKFLOW DETAILS & GUIDELINES
Name: LinkedIn Enrichment & Ice Breaker Generator
Purpose: Automate the process of enriching LinkedIn profiles using Bright Data, generate personalized ice breakers with an LLM, and update Google Sheets.
Tools Needed: - n8n Nodes: • Manual Trigger or Schedule Trigger • Set • SplitInBatches • HTTP Request • If • Wait • Google Sheets • LangChain LLM (Claude via Anthropic) - External Services: • Bright Data (Dataset API) • Anthropic Claude (Haiku) • Google Sheets API
API Keys & Authentication Required:
• Bright Data API Key
→ Used in HTTP Request headers as:
Authorization: Bearer REPLACE_WITH_CREDENTIAL
• Google Sheets OAuth2 Credentials
→ Connects n8n to your Google account for reading/writing to Sheets.
• Anthropic API Key
→ Used for generating ice breakers via Claude models.
→ Must be set in the Anthropic credential section in n8n.
General Guidelines:
• Use descriptive and consistent naming for all nodes.
• Add retry limits to polling loops to avoid infinite cycles.
• Ensure each LinkedIn URL maps to a unique row_number.
• Obfuscate any keys before sharing the workflow publicly.
Things to be Aware Of: • Bright Data may require some delay (via Wait node) before snapshot is ready. • Retry logic should not exceed API rate limits. • If snapshot fails or times out, ensure fallback logging is in place. • Claude model IDs and prompt formats may change — validate before updates.
Additional Notes:
• Make a copy of the Google Sheet template before use.
• Replace placeholders in Authorization headers and credentials section.
• Use test data first to avoid exhausting API quotas during setup.
